设计说明

首先就学生的一日三餐和健康的饮食进行提问，一是帮助学生复习原先的词汇，二是呈现新的词汇，帮助学生完成课本词汇练习。接着让学生听录音回答问题，然后将Kitty和Daniel的生活方式逐一呈现，并设置一定的任务；对课文的重要语言点进行讲解，在此基础上让学生试着去复述课文，并填写与Kitty和Daniel生活方式有关的内容。其次在学生对课文已经有了整体的把握之后，完成课本的相关练习。最后延伸到学生的饮食和生活方式，对此展开讨论，完成对学生的情感教育。

教学目标

通过本课节的教学，让学生达成以下目标：

1.知识目标：

掌握词汇：fit, keep fit, meal, pear, sugar, tooth, computer game, change, plan, pool, swimming pool。

2.能力目标：

(1)复习并拓展关于食物和生活方式的词汇，了解饮食结构与身体健康之间的关系。

(2)学习了解总体意思，快速浏览，查找细节的阅读技巧。

3.情感目标：

帮助学生培养健康的饮食和生活方式。

Step 2 Learning the new words and phrases.

2. Sometimes I feel hungry between meals, so I eat an apple or a pear.

feel连系动词  

(1) 觉得；感觉　后加形容词作表语，常用人作主语。

I feel very happy today.

今天我觉得很开心。

(2) 摸起来　常用物作主语。

The cloth feels soft.

这块布摸起来很软。

3. They have too much sugar and are bad for my teeth.

它们含有太多的糖，对我的牙齿有害。

(1) be bad for 对……有害　反义短语：be good for。

Watching too much TV is bad for you.

看太多的电视对你有害。

(2) tooth可数名词　牙齿　其复数形式为teeth。

4. I plan to eat more fruit and vegetables every day.
我打算每天吃更多的水果和蔬菜。

plan的用法

(1) 动词  计划，打算 

plan to do sth. 打算做某事

(2) 名词  计划  

make a plan (for…)  制订（……的）计划
