    The earthquake f 26 December 2004 resulted in ne f the wrst natural disasters in living memry. It was a massive underwater quake and ccurred in the Indian Ocean. This caused a huge tsunami (海啸)t crss the Indian Ocean. It destryed castlines and cmmunities and brught death and destructin t many peple. One type f event in the earth's histry has regularly killed millins f beings: asterid (小行星)impacts (撞击).
