    I will never frget the day when I wn the bicycle race fr the third time. It was special fr me because I set a new recrd. But what made it mre special was that I had t g thrugh a tugh time getting ready fr the day.
    Abut three mnths befre the final race smething unfrtunate happened when I fell ff during practice and brke my left leg. All I culd d was t wait fr the injuries t heal (治愈).     In an analysis (分析) f 14 previus studies — frm the US, the UK, China and Denmark — the grup f researchers frm Australia, Thailand and Finland said that increased running participatin “wuld prbably lead t imprvements in ppulatin health.”
