    情态动词culd用来表达如何为他人提供帮助,含有建议的语气。
    如:We all cheered up when we heard Li Na wn the prize.等我们听到李娜赢得比赛时,我们都欢呼了起来。I tried my best t cheer my little brther up.我尽最大努力使我的弟弟高兴起来。Cheer up! Our trubles will sn be ver.振作起来!我们的困难很快就会过去.

    cheer up为动词短语,意为“(使)变得更高兴;振奋起来”。在短语中up为副词,可接名词或代词做宾语。名词做宾语既可以放在动词与副词之间,也可放在副词之后,代词做宾语只能放在动词与副词之间。
    拓展:cheer n 意思是“为 ……打气,激励…… ,向 ……喝彩”,是动副短语。如:She did her best t cheer him n when he was abut t give up. 当他快要放弃时,她尽力鼓励他。The ftball fans cheered their favrite teams n. = The ftball fans cheered n their favrite teams. 足球迷们为他们最喜欢的球队欢呼加油。
    cheer作可数名词,意为“欢呼声;喝彩声”。 常用口语:Cheers! 干杯!如:We can hear the cheers f students utside the gym. 我们在体育场外就能听到学生的欢呼声。
    2. The by culd give ut fd at the fd bank. 这个男孩可以在食物站分发食物。
    give ut是动词短语,意为“分发;散发”,同义词组为 hand ut。在短语中ut为副词,可接名词或者代词做宾语,名词做宾语既可放在动词与副词之间,也可放在副词之后;代词做宾语只能放在动词与副词之间。
    如:The teacher asks me t give ut the exam paper.老师让我发试卷。Here are sme new papers. Give them ut.这儿有些新试卷,把它们发下去吧。
    拓展: (1) give ut还可意为“用完;耗尽”,为不及物动词短语,主语是被用光、耗尽之物。eg:Our fd will give ut.我们的食物要吃完了。(2) give ut意为“发出(光、热等)”时,与give ff同义。eg:The flwers in my garden give ut/ff a sweet smell. 我花园里的花散发出芬芳的味道。(3) give ut意为“筋疲力尽”。eg:The hrse gave ut.马跑不动了。
    give构成的词组有:give up 放弃 give in 屈服 give ff 发出(气味)give away 分发,捐赠give back 归还 give ... a hand 给予……帮助
    clean up是动词短语,意为“打扫干净;清除干净;整理”,其中up为副词,接名词作宾语时,宾语可放在后边也可放在中间;接代词作宾语时,必须放在中间。如:She is cleaning up the kitchen nw. =She is cleaning the kitchen up nw. 她现在正在打扫厨房。The bedrm is t dirty, please clean it up.这间卧室太脏了,请打扫干净。
