    Lesson1:A Trip to China

    (一)、新课导入:Have you ever seen a camel? The camel is the boat of desert.on the silk road,it is very important.

    Step1. Lead-in (3minutes)
    T:Discuss with partners about traveling and the way to travel.
    And show pictures to lead the new lesson. Jenny and Danny will come to Beijing of China. They will go to the beautiful city-Xi’an.

    Step 1.Analysis of the student.
    Last term, we learned clothes, color, food, and family members. We learned how to describe our feelings, how to order our food, talking about seasons, talking about weather, and so on.
    This term, what will we learn?
    In unit one, we will learn the history of China and culture of China - the Silk Road.
    Step 2. Lead in.(引入)
    Explain the Silk Road in Chinese first, what about the Silk Road, talking about the history of China and culture of China. Then we learn the new words.
    Step 3. New lesson.(新课)
    No. 1 words and phrases: trip, silk, road, lead, note, chance, send, news, guess what, learn about, make the Ss master the new words, read them first, and then ask the Ss repeat after me.
    No. 2 text: first, ask some Ss to read the text, and make them read in different roles.
    And ask the Ss to read the pictures, let some Ss explain the pictures and what happening in this passage. Describe Jenny’s family doing what? Jenny is talking about what with her parents. Then, we read this passage together.
    We learn the words: trip. Jenny is planning a trip, where will she go? Who will she go with? Explain the meaning of this passage in Chinese.

    【教学反思】
    通过近一周的用音标拼读单词训练,少部分学生掌握较好。拼读训练是一个长期的过程,如前所述,教师首先要了解学生的拼读潜力,从最基础开始,循序渐进,掌握有规律的单词读音,比较无规律的单词读音,从而到达记忆词汇,培养读写潜力的目的。




    Lesson 6 Jenny’s Diary

    一、新课导入:出示一些中国的名胜古迹图片,问What’s this in English?Where did Jenny visit?
    二、认知目标:出示学习目标,用1分钟时间让学生齐读学习目标。教师对教学目标进行要点梳理、重点强调和具体要求。

    课堂教学应提倡教学生活化,形式多样化,因此通过课堂合作活动让学生大胆展示自己的日记,教学活动要善于打开学生的思路,这方面有待加强。本课保证了有丰富的语言输入量,课堂评价也抓住孩子的心,让他们敢说,爱说。





    Lesson 7 What`s your project about?

    教学目标

    1、知识目标:能熟练使用并判断一般过去时态;能说出一般过去时的变化规则。
    2、能力目标:用一般过去时学写旅行报告,提高写作能力;
    3、情感目标:重温丝绸之路,引导学生了解西部历史和今天的发展,进而感受西部灿烂辉煌的文化,激发民族自豪感。
    【教学重点】interest, interested , interesting, anywhere ,make a joke, have a good rest 等。
    【教学难点】一般过去时态;不定代词的使用。
    【教学过程】

    2.学生齐声朗读学案学习目标和学习重点、难点。
    3.教师强调点拨本节要点。

    1、Learning alone. 学生自主阅读本节知识清单;

    【教学反思】

    由于在中学英语的教学中,因为课文的简单易懂,所含的信息量少的缘故,忽视了文化对语言的影响,而导致了一些语言情景的不真实,和虚假的语言的产生。这个需要以后注意对学生英语语言文化意识的认知加强和培养。

    Step 1 Revision (about 5 min)

    2. Translation: Translate the important sentence patterns one by one.
    3. Give students 1 minute to review the conversations they made yesterday, then invite some pairs to show their conversations.
    Step 2 Presentation (about 20 min)
    1. Divide students into 9 groups as usual, and six students for each. Teach the new words of this lesson.
    2. Teacher shows Marco Polo’s picture and makes students say something about him (Encourage them to try to use English as much as possible). Then, listen to the tape, and fill in the blanks.
    3. Let students read and analyze the passage about Marco Polo and the Silk Road in groups. Translate the passage and try to answer the following questions:
    (1). What country did Marco Polo come from?
    (2). How did he and his brother travel?
    (3). When did he travel to Peking?
    (4). How long did his journey last?
    (5). What did he bring back to his home country?
    4. Ask some students to answer the questions.
    5. Let one of groups translate the passage together.
    6. Make students analyze every important points of the passage, especially the Irregular Verbs. Teachers add more details.
    7. Group Contest: Let a group sums up the usage of Simple Past Tense. Then, pick up two groups to write the Irregular Verbs on the blackboard as much as they can. Award the first place, and make others read these words after them.
    Step 3 Practice (about 8 min)
    1. Teacher gives students a similar Chinese passage which is about a famous person, and let students translate in groups.
    2. Let students translate the passage sentence by sentence and then say it out after translation.
    Step 4 Production (about 5 min)
    Let others show pictures and introduce a famous person like that. They must use Simple Past Tense.
    Step 5 Summary & Homework (about 2 min)
    1. Let some students sum up what they have learnt today.
    They are expected to sum up the key words, phrases and sentence patterns. And they should sum up how to make a report.
    2. Homework: Write down their prepared introduction and finish the exercises after the passage.

    【教学反思】

    口语不断侵入书面语,在本课显示的尤为明显。英语有正式、非正式、书面语,口语,方言,俚语之分,然而当今它们之间相互渗透的现象越来越普遍。要跟上时代的步伐,不坚持不断地学习和理解新事物,不了解现代英语发展的现状和趋势,那么,我们所教出来的学生一旦离开学校走向社会,他们会发现他们所学的英语是多么bookish(书呆子气)。而教师自我则可能甚至连小学生们所津津乐道的一些常用语也可能会出现理解性的错误。

    make…from…:意为由…制成…eg: Can you make paper from wood?
    拓展:短语make…from…与make…of…同为由…制成。但是二者的区别在于make of指“……由……制成”所说的材料是很明显的,你可以看出来此物体是由什么制成的。而make from也是一个意思,但是所说的材料是看不出来的。

    “不学习语言规则、不掌握相当数量的词汇,英语应用潜力就是空中楼阁”。目前在小学的英语教学中,不要求学生掌握词汇,而只要求学生能根据提示或图片说出该单词,其本质无非是要学生们死记硬背,鹦鹉学舌。由于学生们没有相应的读音规则训练,不熟悉词汇的拼写规则,单词的音、形、意三者不能有效的结合在一齐,因而导致了单词记忆的困难,并成了中学生学英语的瓶颈。因此要进一步加强学生拼读,记忆单词、词组、运用句型的能力。
