The term 3D is shrt fr three dimensinal, meaning an bject with length, width and height. In 3D printing, 3D mdels are first created as files, r dcuments, n a cmputer. The US luge team wrked with an American cmpany called Stratasys n the designing and manufacturing prcess fr the sleds.
