ut f sth 越出...之外 cme ut f 从…出来，由…产生 run ut f 跑出来jump ut f 跳出来
例:我们看见他从房间出来。

伴随状语：指状语从句的动作伴随主句发生，是伴随着句子谓语动词的动作而发生或存在的。
例：The dg entered the rm, fllwing his master 这条狗跟着主人进了屋。The master entered the rm, fllwed by his dg. 主人进了屋，后面跟着他的狗。
伴随状语使用的分词有V-ing和V-ed两种形式。

as if引导表语从句
1、在lk, seem等系动词后引导表语从句eg: He lks as if he were ten years yunger. （虚拟语气） It seems as if ur team is ging t win.（陈述语气）2、引导方式状语从句eg: She lves the by as if she were his mther. （虚拟语气） The child talked t us as if he were a grw-up. （虚拟语气）（注意：虚拟语气中只有were，不用was。）
一、as if 在从句中的作用
如果as if引导的从句是“主语+系动词”结构，且从句的主语与主句的主语一致，可以省略主语和系动词，这样as if 后就只剩下名词、不定式、形容词（短语）、介词短语或分词。eg: He acts as if (he was) an ld hand. 他做事像个老手。 Tm raised his hands as if (he was ging) t say smething. Tm举起手好像要说什么。 She left the rm hurriedly as if (she was) sad. 她匆忙离开房间好像难过的样子。
二、as if 用于省略句中
1.从他的说话的样子来看他是醉了。 He talks as if he is drunk .
2.他说起罗马来好像他以前去过那儿似的。 He talks abut Rme as if he had been there befre.
3.你看上去好像并不在乎。 Yu lk as if yu didn’t care.
4.他张开嘴好像要说什么。 He pened his muth as if he wuld say smething.
at an end “结束终止”在句中多用作表语。
at the end f “在…的尽头（末、末梢）” 作时 间状语或地点状语。by the end f “到…末为止；不迟于…”作时间 状语，多用于过去（将来）完成时态; in the end “最后、终于”。

ruin/ destry/damage
1. ruin 可作名词和动词，指非暴力的破坏，尤指对美 好的或希望中的事物的破坏。
例：The fire ruined the huse.
2. destry 只能用作动词, 指破坏、毁灭不可能修复, 也可以指希望、计划等打破。
例：The earthquake destryed almst the whle twn. 　
3. damage 可作名词和动词，指部分损坏、损害、破 坏或指使用价值有所降低。
例：The accident did a lt f damage t his car.
