知文体特点
读后续写新题型自2016年以来一直备受青睐，在未来三年可能都会写作之主流。认真研究读后续写，会发现其写作式很有规律和技巧的，学生只要好好备考，基本上可以拿高分。
读后续写是一种将阅读与写作相结合的考察形式，要求考生对所读材料进行续写，将其发展成一篇与给定材料有所衔接，情节架构自然，而且结构完整的短文（教育部考试中心，2015年）。2015年8月，教育部考试中心发布《普通高等学校招生全国统一考试英语科考试说明》（高考综合改革试验省份试用）（第一版），明确了考试内容和要求，考试形式与试卷结构，提供了一份参考试卷。首次提出了写作新题型：读后续写或概要写作，两种形式在不同考次不定期交替使用。参考试卷的读后续写，记叙文，试题未提供标题。紧接着，2016年浙江首次迎来了读后续写的考试时代。

读后续写多以记叙文故事类文章为主，而且主题多与社会，自然和自我相结合。比如2020年1月浙江真题反应了社会的人际关系。因此，做好读后续写的英语写作的前提是研究记叙文的行文规律以及了解读后续学的考察能力：
一、把握短文关键信息和语言特点的能力。学生需要了解所给短文的主要内容，清楚其关键词和语言结构的使用情况，并通过续写短文表现出来。
二、语言运用的准确性和丰富性。学生能准确、恰当地使用所学词汇和语言结构，还能够根据内容需要使用较多、较复杂的词汇和语言结构。
三、对语篇结构的把控能力。学生需要掌握上下文逻辑关系，所续写的短文与所给短文及段落开头语之间要有连贯性，所续写的短文内语句要连贯、有序。

一个好的故事开头就好比是一堂成功的课的导入，能够迅速抓住学生和老师们的兴趣，并且愿意听下去，跟着授课老师的思路走。一个好的故事开头就好比是一个带着香味十足的诱饵，诱使读者上钩并且饶有趣味地看完。而一个拙劣的故事开头，定会让读者大倒胃口，恹恹欲睡。可见，写好一个好故事的好开头是多么的重要。那么在时间紧迫的考场上的英语读后续写的过程中，如何写出靓丽的开头呢？我们可以从语法手段和写作涉及的内容来具体涉及故事的开端。

读后续写的情节构思是续写成功与否的关键点之一。而在续写中，侧面描写的作用不容忽视。运用侧面描写，可以对人物进行多角度映照和多层次烘托，人物的描写就会达到“横看成岭侧成峰”的丰富境界。 侧面描写有“以旁面写正面”、“以对面写正面”、“以反面写正面”三种方法。如果从一个侧面去描写，人物形象往往单薄。如果从多个侧面去描写，人物形象就容易丰满。在写作中，我们可以尝试以下几种侧面烘托法：景物烘托法——通过对自然景物的描绘，来烘托人物心情；他人反映法——听听他人的反映，去了解主人公的个性特征；借人写人法——通过对受影响者的刻画，间接地表现主人公的思想品质。

　在读后续写中，与开头一样，文章的结尾也是相当重要的。成功的结尾，能使读者更深入、更透彻地理解文章内容，进一步领会文章的主旨。精彩的结尾，能唤起读者的思考与共鸣，增强文章的感染力。
4. 如何延续故事高潮
故事中的高潮(climax)也通常是故事的转折点(turning point)，是指故事达到最紧张或扣人心弦的那一部分。高潮有时候是剧情中的“危机”点。有时它只是达到关键时刻或者转折点时，发生了一些事情，或者人物必须做出决定，从而导致一个结果或其他。营造故事发展的高潮可以通过营造冲突实现。冲突带来紧迫感，因此营造冲突是一种有效地将故事推向情节发展的高潮的方式。
