【重难点2】a few, a little, some, many, much, a lot of, lots of的用法区别

解析：a few, a little, some, many, much, a lot of, lots of这些词都可以放在名词的前面，用来表示数量。它们除了表示的数量不同外，所修饰的名词也不同。

1. 只修饰可数名词复数：a few, many。a few意为“几个”，many意为“许多”。如：There are many kites in the sky.

    I have a few pencils in my pencil case.

2. 只修饰不可数名词：a little, much。a little意为“一点”，much意为“许多”。如：There is much rubbish in the park.

    Liu Tao only has a little rice for dinner.

3. 既可以修饰可数名词复数又可以修饰不可数名词：some, a lot of, lots of。some意为“一些”，a lot of和lots of意为“许多”。如：

    I’d like some orange juice.

    I have a lot of apples.

注意：对修饰可数名词的数量词提问时用how many，对修饰不可数名词的数量提问时用how much。

【重难点3】可数和不可数名词

一、可数名词和不可数名词的概念

可数名词指的是可以用数目来计算，可以分成个体的人或事物。它通常分为个体名词与集体名词。不可数名词指的是不能以数目来计算的名词，以物质名词与抽象名词为主。

二、可数名词复数形式的变化规则

1. 一般情况下，在词尾直接加-s。如：pie→pies  apple→apples
2. 以s, x, ch, sh结尾的，在词尾加-es。如：bus→buses box→boxes peach→peaches
3. 以“辅音字母 + y”结尾的，变y为i再加-es。如：cherry→cherries
4. 以o结尾的，有生命的加-es。如：mango→mangoes potato→potatoes tomato→tomatoes无生命的加-s。如：photo→photos  zoo→zoos
5. 不规则变化。如：child→children  foot→feet  tooth→teeth  man→men  woman→women  mouse→mice

   注意：people意为“人们”时，属于集体名词，复数形式不变。

三、使用不可数名词的注意点

1. 不可数名词通常没有复数形式，不能与a, an连用，若表示特指，前面用the。如：I like to skate on the rice.
2. 在表示“一”或“几”的数量概念时，不可数名词必须与相应的量词连用。如果表示复数的数量关系，则量词变化，不可数名词不变。如：

I want to buy two bottles of water.
