    Pick up the tys ne by ne and see if the pupils can tell me the name. Say What’s this? Help the pupils answer It’s a …
    Play PB tape and ask the pupils t repeat Kk’s, Pat’s and Tim’s wrds after the beeps. D the same with the vcabulary items.
    Practice
    Teach the pupils t ty Bx by putting the tys in the cardbard bx. Write the wrd tys n the utside with a thick pen.
    Ask and answer abut the tys using tw different vices What’s this? It’s a … Get the pupils t take the crrect tys ut f the ty Bx I made in step 1.

    Teaching Step:
    Warm-up
    Presentatin
    (Bks clsed.) Revise sme f the bjects in the classrm, e.g. a desk, a chair. Place a ty n the chair, anther under a desk and ne in the bx. As I place each ne, say Lk! The dll is n the chair. The dll is under the desk, etc.
    Mve the tys arund and get the pupils t tell me abut the psitin f the tys. Give prmpts if necessary.
    Practice
    (Bks pen.) Play PB tape. The pupils listen and fllw in their bks. Cntinue t play the tape and ask the pupils t repeat the wrds after the beeps.
    Pint t the numbered bjects in the picture an ask What’s this? Help the pupils t cmplete the sentences in Tim’s thught bubble abut the ther numbered tys.
    Ask the pupils t wrk in pairs t act the cmplete cnversatin. The pupils take turns t rle-play Tim and his mther.

    Pint t the characters in the pictures and read their speech bubbles alud. Ask the pupils t pint t the speech bubbles as I read them.
    Play PB tape fr the pupils and ask them t say the sentences after the tape.
    Ask the pupils t cme up and play the rles f the by, his father and his mther.
    Ask the pupils t rle-play the stry in grups f three and read the characters’ speech bubbles. Sme grups may like t cme ut t the frnt and act the stry with the aid f a cardbard bx.
    Use stry cards t rise sequence and language f the stry.
    Read and tick
    Ask the pupils t read the stry again. Read the wrds in the speech bubbles with the pupils. Demnstrate hw t d the first ne with the pupils as an example. Check the answers.

    Main pint: Teaching the vwels in the pen syllable
    Difficult pint: Say the sunds and the wrds,
    Teaching Aids: PB tape, LB tape, a recrder, picture cards
    Teaching steps:
    Warm-up
    Say the sunds and the wrds
    Play PB tape and ask the pupils t listen t the sunds and the wrds. Pint ut the spelling f these sunds and the silent ‘e’ n the end f Jane, Game, Pete and athlete.
    Say the wrds slwly and clearly. Check that the pupils are saying the sunds crrectly.
    Pint t the pictures and check that the pupils can say the wrds withut my mdel.
    Play PB tape again. Ask the pupils t listen t the rhyme and pint t the children. Explain that an athlete is smene wh trains t d sprt. Then ask the pupils t circle the crrect names f the children. Get the pupils t say the rhyme.

    Ask the pupils t lk at the first part f the page and listen t WB tape. They need t tick the crrect answers accrding t what they hear n the cassette.

    Tell the pupils t wrk in pairs. Ask them t take turns t describe the psitins f the tys in the rm they have chsen. The ther pupil has t guess which rm it is.
    Draw tw pictures in the lcatins f the tys, e.g. in picture 1, the ball is n the bed, in picture 2, the ball is under the bed. Have the pupils wrk in pairs and give them ne picture each. They have t tell each ther abut the tys in their picture and find the different lcatins fr each ty.

    教学反思:
    It’s hard t prnunce the wrds “rbt/kite/bear/dll/ball” fr the pupils. Difficult pint is “ Under the…”, Pupils can’t say the sentences well. Practice it mre next time. The pupils are interesting in lking the stry abut the cmputer. It’s gd t teaching them the third answer abut their name “… is my name”. They like t learn it. Pupils like t playing the guessing game. They play the game well. Pupils like t sing the sng, the sng is gd. Pupils can take abut their pet well use “ It’s… It can… It can’t…”. But they can’t say “ Yu like the ….” Well.
