    This isn’t an unlikely questin fr students at Mnument Muntain Reginal High Schl, wh are taking part in an activity called the Independent Prject. The prgram is a special schl within the Massachusetts public high schl that’s cmpletely run by students — n teachers, parents, r adults are allwed — and they’re in charge f deciding their whle curriculum (课程).
    These teens’ hmewrk and what they study in the classrm are all ttally up t them. Charles Tsai, a jurnalist, made a 15-minute film abut the prject that shws the wide variety f activities different students jin.
    Students aren’t taking this lightly — instead f reacting irrespnsibly (不负责任地) t the freedm t design their wn studies, they’re dealing with their wn interests by writing petry (诗歌) cllectins, learning instruments and taking flight lessns.
