    Schls can better supprt students by prviding yga prgrams.And amng them,mindfulness practice is the mst cmmn.Mindfulness practice requires peple t pay attentin t the present mment and realize and accept feelings,thughts and bdily sensatins as they really are.It imprves the ability t get used t new envirnments fr the first-year cllege students.They will als feel less stressed abut schlwrk.
    In high schls,students believe mindfulness-based yga prgrams can imprve memry,grades,and their abilities t cntrl their feelings.Students als think yga culd make them less interested in smking and drinking and increase cnnectin with family and friends.In fact,at hme,parents can cnsider practicing mindfulness tgether with their kids.They can turn t nline yga prgrams and apps,such as Head Space and Smiling Mind.
