Nowadays, global warming is becoming a significant climate issue, which poses many risks to human beings and other living things on Earth. A major solution is to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide as it has proven to be the largest contributor to climate change.

What can we contribute? A green living lifestyle is a choice to reduce our carbon footprint. For example, we can use public transportation and walk whenever possible, avoid bottled water, and turn off lights when we leave a room. By starting small, we can get involved in the fight against global warming and engage in bigger things in the future.

Dear all,

We are looking for students who are passionate about environmental protection. As we can see, large amounts of household waste are being produced daily, which endangers human health and the environment. To better manage waste, garbage classification is useful for further recycling and disposal.

Thank you for asking me about fast food.

In my opinion, fast food is unhealthy as most fast foods are high in sugar, salt, and fat. Many people suffer from health problems such as diabetes and heart diseases as a result of eating too much fast food. However, young people sometimes prefer fast food to other food probable because it’s easy to obtain and save them time.  Additionally, fast-food restaurants provide a convenient place for them to socialise.

Keeping healthy in winter is especially important for us as we are more prone to colds and flu when exposed to cold air. To stay healthy in winter, here is my advice:

Firstly, we should eat properly and avoid eating foods that are too cold as they can cause stomach pain. Secondly, taking exercise is a good way to stay fit and healthy. Joining sports clubs or exercising with others can also be motivating and fun.
