阅读下面材料，根据其内容和所给段落开头语续写两段，使之构成一篇完整的短文。续写的词数应为150左右。
When the employees at the Domino’s pizza place in Salem, Oregon, hadn’t received any order from Kirk Alexander for more than 2 weeks, they knew something wasn’t right. Kirk was a loyal customer and the staff all knew him. So it was natural that they got worried when they had no news about him. Their concern saved his life.
Sarah Fuller, the general manager at the Domino’s branch, said that Kirk, who was 48 years old, had been a loyal customer since 2009. “He orders every day, or every other day,” Sarah said.
Normally, his order came up on the screen because he ordered online. So we saw it came across the screen and we were thinking, “Oh, Kirk’s order.” After a few days without a single order, Sarah and the staff started to worry.
A few Domino’s drivers had mentioned that they hadn’t seen his order come across their screen in a while. Sarah checked the system and saw that no order had come in 11 days. So they decided to investigate.
Sarah decided to send Tracy Hamblen, a deliver driver, to Kirk’s place. When he got there, he immediately knew something was wrong. While the lights and TV were on, Kirk did not come to the door. Additionally, his phone went directly to voicemail. So Tracy immediately called 911.

Jason shouted out.For the first time since entering the cave, over 20 hours earlier, Jason's emotions got the best of him and tears trickled down his cheeks.

As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise. At that moment, in her sight came the packet of cookies, which had beenjust bought by her, unopened at all. Ashamed and feeling like a thief, she finally got that the cookies were not hers but belonged to the man sitting next to her, who had calmly offered to share his last cookie with her.A sudden rush of shy blood filling the face, she instinctively look around with the hope of finding the very man to make an apology.

He paused for a while, as if wandering in his memory."We should appreciate what we have obtained from life and seize every opportunity to help others.We didn't go to the circus tonight, but we didn't go without. Now, who wants an ice cream?。

Susan thought she was actually lucky, for he had given her a gift more powerful than sight,a gift of love that can bring light where there is darkness.Just as Mark grew a little worried, he saw his wife break into a radiant smile and blow a kiss to his direction. Finally she found back herself blind but attractive and confident as she used to be.

The black-haired girl glanced up from her reading, with a confused look on her face. Dannis stood up,glared at her and shouted,"You stole my wallet!" The crowds began to gossip.The girl turned deadly pale,looking so restless that words failed her.A strange silence hung in the air. Abruptly, she leaped from the seat.

Overwhelmed by guilt, Dannis made an apology to the girl.

The kite felt peaceful and delighted and new. With other kites flying around, he floated, twirled,stretched his wings and waved his rag tail, a broad smile spreading on his face. The higher he went, the greater the view. Seeing the scared, timid kite now dancing confidently, the boy was touched, believing that the kite had learned a new lesson--the best way to defeat fear is to face it bravely and optimistically.

Everybody was puzzled and asked why. Jenny again was speechless.
