    Unit Review

    设计说明

    首先通过单元末的歌曲导入新课;接着复习本单元的重要单词,完成Building Your Vocabulary中的练习;讲解语法——动词不定式,并处理教材中Grammar in Use中相应的练习。接着做教材中Listening and Speaking中的听说训练。然后完成Putting It All TogetherSelf -Evaluation中的题目。最后,完成当堂达标检测。整个设计遵循单词——语法——听力——口语——综合运用的顺序进行,讲练结合,并把听说融入其中,穿插进行,浑然一体。

    教学目标

    通过本课节的教学,学生达成以下目标:

    1.知识目标

    (1)复习本单元所学单词;

    (2)归纳总结动词不定式的用法;

    (3)完成本课节的相关练习。

    2.能力目标

    (1)能正确运用本单元的重要词汇;

    (2)能听懂有关谈论身体健康的对话;

    (3)能运用所学语言谈论家人最喜爱的交通方式。

    3.情感目标

    了解未来交通方式的情况,了解新能源。

    重点难点

    1. 重点动词不定式的用法。

    2. 难点动词不定式的用法。

    Step 1  Warming up

    Play the song: Let’s Take a Drive

    This afternoon

    Let’s take a drive

    Through village streets

    To the countryside

    On highways so straight —

    Get inlet’s take a ride.

    Park by the sea

    Get out of the car

    Sit on the beach

    Watch the ships from afar

    At night we’ll drive home—

    We like a drive in the car.

    1.Ask the students to listen to the song.

    2.Instruct the students to repeat the song line by line.

    3.Ask the students to sing the song after the recording.

    4.Sing the song together.

    Step 2 Revision

    Review the words of this unit.

    1. Ask the students to translate the words into English. Let them read the words  in groups.

    Sum up the grammar. 

    动词不定式

    一、动词不定式概述

    动词不定式是动词的一种非谓语形式,没有人称和数的变化,在句子中不能单独作谓语。动词不定式具有名词、形容词和副词的特征,在句中可以作主语、表语、宾语、定语、状语和宾语补足语。基本结构为“to+动词原形”,否定结构为“not to+动词原形”。

    二、动词不定式的句法功能

    作用

    主语

    To learn English is not easy for us.

    It is not easy for us to learn English.

    对我们来说学英语不容易。

    动词不定式作主语时,常转化为用it作形式主语,而把不定式放在后面。

    表语

    My work is to clean the room every day.To clean the room every day is my work.每天打扫房间是我的工作。

    多数情况下,不定式作表语可转换为不定式作主语。

    宾语

    What sports does he like to play?

    他喜欢做什么运动?

    He likes to play basketball.

    他喜欢打篮球。

     

    只能作某些动词的宾语,一般不作介词的宾语。

    定语

    Have you got anything to say

    你有要说的吗?

    不定式作定语,要放在被修饰词的后面。

    状语

    Im sorry to trouble you.

    (表原因)打扰你了,很抱歉。

    I went to the library to study English.

    (表目的)我去图书馆学英语。

    不定式作状语,其逻辑主语要和句子的主语一致。

    She asked me not to speak Chinese in English class.在英语课上她让我不要讲汉语。

    The boss made them work the whole night. 老板让他们工作了一整夜。

    (4) Role-play the dialogue in pairs. And then act it out in front of the class.

    II. Listen and repeat.

    III. Work in groups.Talk about your family’s favourite type of transportation.

    Divide the students into groups to discuss the different kinds of transportation they have used with families.

    Step 7  Putting It All Together

    I.Read the passage and answer the questions.

    (1)Instruct the students to work in groups to read the passage and answer the questions.

    (2)Check the answers.

    II. What type of transportation interests you? Find facts about this type of transportation. Then write some sentences to describe it.

    Task tipsHow did it begin? Write down important dates about your type of transportation.What happened on these dates?

    (1)Divide the class into groups to discuss different kinds of transportation. Each group should write down some sentences that describe the transportation they interest.

    (2)Ask the groups to present in front of the class.
