主要教学步骤

Step 1: Lead-in

1. Greet the class as usual.
2. Free talk

Show students some pictures of musical instruments. Then let students freely talk about these musical instruments:

①Do you like ...?

②Can you play ...?

③Do you want to learn to play ...?

In a few minutes, several students will be invited to share these things.

Step 2:Pre-listening

1.Complete the task in 1a.

Ask students to look at the pictures and words in 1a. Draw lines to match the words with the pictures.

After 2 minutes, check the answers.

Step 3: While-listening

1.Complete the task in 1b.

Play the tape for Ss to listen for the first time. After listening, ask students to number the conversations [1-3].2 minutes later, play the tape again.

Check the answers.

Step4: Post-listening

1. Complete the task in 1c.

Ask and answer questions about the instruments.

For example：

--Can you play the piano?

--Yes, I can.

Step 5:Pre-listening

1. Ask students to look at these words and phrases in 1d, then predict what the listening material is about.

Step 6: While-listening

1. Listen to the recording for the first time, then check your prediction.
2. Complete the task in 1d.

3.Complete the task in 1e.

Listen again. Fill in the chart with the words and phrases in 1d.
