训练一：          An Unusual Winter Vacation

I had an unusual winter vacation because of COVID-19.We watched TV every day and got news about it.At first,the disease spread fast and the hospital were filled with patients.We were scared and worried about them.

 The government took action quickly.Some special hospitals were built.Lots of people began to fight against the epidemic,including experts,medical workers and common people.My parents also worked as volunteers in the community.

 As time went by ,it was getting better and better.We were happy to see that sick people became well and returned home.Some students could finally return to school.

 训练二：As we all know,everyone has his unforgettable memories.I still remember the first time I volunteered at the old people’s home.I got up early that day because I was too excited to sleep.

   In the morning,we volunteers bought some flowers and fresh fruit.As we arrived at the Happiness Nursing Home.Then we cleaned the windows and swept the floor for them.After that,some read newspapers to them,and some chatted with them.When it was time for us to leave,they were grateful for kindness.

   From this meaningful activity,I find that we should not only care for the old but also respect them in our daily life.

  Last week,I was walking on the street at eight with my mother.Suddenly,we saw a car accident.Two cars hit together.Unluckily,an old man hurt badly.He was lying on the floor.When we saw this,we quickly went over to him,I called the police.We took the old man to the hospital immediately.In the end,the old man was deeply moved,he thanked us.I felt very proud for myself.
