    Shw a picture in which the twn’s envirnment is seriusly plluted by chemical factries. Lead t the tpic f envirnmental pllutin by talking abut the picture. Understand the new wrd “chemical”.
    Step 2 Presentatin
    1. Learn 3a and 3b.
    (1) Shw different pictures f envirnmental pllutin in 3a. Let students have a general idea abut different kinds f pllutin. Then ask students t tell what kind f pllutin it is. Teach and ask students t master the new wrds “brethe” and “influnce”. Understand “sil”, “harmful” and “be harmful t”.
    (2) Lk and match. Finish 3a and check the answers.
    (3) Finish 3b with the given wrd and phrases in 3a and check the answers.
    2. Discuss in grups abut the cause and harm f pllutin. Then the teacher makes a summary: Pllutin des harm t nt nly human beings but als animals. Lead t 2.
    3. Listen t 2 and finish 2.
    4. The teacher leads t 1a.
    (1) Shw the first picture in 1a and ask students t describe the beautiful scenery. Teach and ask students t master the new wrds “bee” and “stream”.
