Teaching Steps

Step 1 Warming up and Revision

1.Sing the song “A B C” to start the new lesson, and then greet each other.

2.Then teacher uses a bag to review the words about the school things. Let the students guess what is in it.

Step2 Leading in and presentation

2.The teacher pretends to have a question which is “what do you have?”(Lead in the key sentence structures.)

4.At the same time tell the students how to do when they are praised.

5.Show the complete sentence structures:

(Purpose of the Designing: Use the different kinds of objects to learn the new sentences, and then use the new sentences to finish the conversation. At the same time, tell the student how to do when you are praised. Step 3 Practice

2.Listen and do

Ask the students to listen to the teacher, and do the action:

2.Then the teacher makes the sentences complete “Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.” And then tells the students how to answer the sentences with “Do you…?”

3.Exchange the roles, let the students ask the teacher with “Do you have a…?”
