Teachers should introduce something about Asia and make students be interested in this unit. And then teachers can ask “What other things do you know about China” to have a brainstorming.

2. Words and phrases:

①Students should learn words and phrases from the teacher. Teacher should pay attention to the pronunciation of words.

②Read together for 3 times.

③After that, finish some exercises to help students to remember words and phrases.

3. Texts

①    Read by students themselves, and try to translate the text and find unfamiliar points.

②    Listen to the tape and students should follow it correctly.

③    Read for the third time and analyze the text by each group. Students should summarize the article.

④    Finish some exercises about the text to check students’ understanding of this text.

Lead the Ss to learn the language points.
