    教学过程

     

    1.Lead in

    (1) Show 9 pictures about twins, let Ss find out the 2 pairs of them and tell the differences.

    (2) Show some adjectives and adverbs, ask Ss to read and tell us their comparative forms.

    2.Presentation

    Is Tom smarter than Sam?

     No, he isn’t. Sam is smarter than Tom.

    Is Tara more outgoing than Tina?

     No, she isn’t. Tina is more outgoing than Tara.

     Are you as friendly as your sister?

     No, I'm not. I’m friendlier.

     Does Tara work as hard as Tina?

     Yes, she does.

     Who’s more hard-working at school?

     Tina thinks she works harder than me.

     

    (1)  Ask the students to underline the adjectives and circle the adverbs.

    (让学生观察形容词和副词的摆放位置。)

    (2)  Conclude the grammar in this period:

    形容词、副词的3个等级。

    比较级构成的变化规则(规则、不规则)

    比较级常见的6个句型
