培养学生爱护动物的意识。

2学情分析

四年级的学生注意力不持久,不稳定,本课的动物的学习,学生比较感兴趣,而且设计了小组活动,让学生在团队协作中学会学习并且掌握本课内容,也不至于太枯燥,让学生在做中学习。并且通过各种活动的操练和复习,能够巩固所学

3重点难点

Key points:

单词zoo、lion、elephant、tiger、giraffe。

句型What are these ? They are... 的问答。能够区分What’s this和What are these ?2

Difficult points:

句型What are these ? They are... 的问答。能够区分What’s this?和What are these ?2

4教学过程

活动1【讲授】Unit5　Those　Are　Pandas

Step 1 warm Up

Greetings: Hello, boys and girls! How are you?
Review: What’s this?  It’s a/an …

T: Hey, boys and girls. Look, today is the panda’s birthday, so can you find some friends to give her a birthday party? (出示PPT图片。)

S: Yes.

Step 2 New Lesson

Leading.

T: If your group can find more animals to go to the party, you can go with them. Do you want to go with them?

S: Yes.

2. Presentation:

(1)T: If you want to find animals, where should we go? S:zoo.

(2)出示一张图片,问学生What’s This? It’s a giraffe.

(3)出示有多个动物的图片,问What are these? They are giraffes.

(再以类似方式呈现lion、elephant、tiger等单词。)

Practise and Consolidation

让每个小组根据老师发的图片练习对话。

What’s this? /What are these? It’s /They are…

S: Look! On my boards, there are many animals, do you want to get them?w

T: Yes.

S: Well, you should have a race. Come on!

(老师拿着贴有动物的纸板,下面小组学生抢答。回答对的学生可以把动物图片摘下去,成为小组奖励。)

Step 3 Summary

1. Assessment

Ask each group how many animals do they have? 选出获得最多动物的小组获得奖励。

Homework

Draw one animals the students like and make an introduction to his or her families or friends.
