一、整体设计思路、指导依据说明

本节课以新课程标准的基本理念为指导，实行课堂教学任务化，任务生活化，评价方式过程化，以学生为主体，以话题为主线，以任务为中心。课堂上注重学生的个性发展，通过引导、鼓励、激发兴趣等方法，促进学生的身心同动，构建良好的学习氛围与环境，给足学生自主学习空间。教学设计突出学生的主体地位，尊重学生个体差异。灵活使用、整合教学资源，优化教学效果。

二、教学背景分析

1．教学内容分析：

     新课标要求教师要善于结合教学实际，灵活又创造性地使用教材。本单元的话题是交通工具，语言知识分别为词组by bike, by bus, by car, on foot, go to school的学习和运用，

以及句型 How do you go to school? I go to school by car. How does she go to school? She goes to school by car. 语法点是第三人称单数形式。

2．学生情况分析：

本阶段的英语学习，应该遵循语言学习的规律，同时充分把握四年级儿童的心理特点，使英语学习成为一种愉快的学习体验。这个阶段的儿童注意不稳定、不持久，易接受新鲜事物并且易被吸引，对课件里的动画和音效感兴趣, 并且能够简单运用所学知识解决问题。本校学生大多英语基础较好，思维活跃，教学时应注意教学方式的灵活多样性以及内容的拓展延伸。

教学目标分析

1.语言知识目标

（1）学习词组by bike, by bus, by car, on foot, go to school并懂得运用。

（2）学习句型: How do you go to school?

            I go to school by car.

            How does she go to school?

            She goes to school by car.

（3）谈论交通工具及交通方式。

2.语言技能目标

（1） 能询问他人出行的交通方式，并从别人的谈话中获取信息。

（2） 能在口语交际和书面运用中表达自己或他人出行时的交通方式。

3.情感态度目标

培养学生遵守交通法规，提高交通安全的意识。

Step 1 Warming up

1. Greetings

2.Sing a song: BINGO

 Sing the song and do the actions.

Step 2 Review letters

1. Baby chickens with letters: Ss read the letters according to the speed of the chickens and guess what’s missing.
2. Read the groups of two letters.
3. Game: read the letters one by one. (字母接龙)
4. Guessing: guessing the six small letters according to the description and write them down on the exercise paper. (O-R-A-N-G-E),引出颜色的复习。

Step 3 Review colors

1. Review the 8 colors by quick response.
2. Magic move:

What’s missing?

What’s the new color?

What color is changed?

3. Extension:

(1)  What’s this?

It’s a light?

What color is it?

It’s green.

So, we can say: it’s a green light.

(2)  Think about something green.

(3)  Think about something yellow.

(4)  Paint and write down the colors

1. Review school things and show them.
2. Game: click the words about school things.
3. Matching exercise.
4. Extension:

1. Recite the 26 letters.
2. Finish Activity Book.
3. Practice dialogues with your partners.
