Ss：Yes，we do. T：A friend in need is a friend indeed. What kind of things are important in a friend? S1：I think a good friend should be funny. S2：I think a good friend should be good at sports. Now look at 1a. Step 2　Presentation Show some pictures to the students. (1)T：Who is he? Ss：He is Qian Xuesen. T：Yes. He is a talented scientist. (2)T：Who truly cares about us? Ss：Our mothers.
