Bird-watching, or “birding”, is a very popular hobby(爱好) these days, and it’s a great way of getting outside with nature(大自然).So how can you get started?

What to need

When you start,a good field guide(野外指南)will help you identify(辨认)birds,or you might want to use an app(软件)on your phone.And you will also need a pair of binoculars(双筒望远镜).

Where to go

You can start bird-watching just in your garden or street or in a park. But if you want to see different kinds of birds, it is a good idea to visit a wetland(湿地). Wetlands are good places for birds because there is lots of food and water for them.

How to get started

In the morning, we went camping in Green Natural Park. We were happy because it was a sunny day.We were looking forward to a wonderful two-day holiday. On the way, we kept singing and making jokes.

However, in the afternoon, when we finished our picnic at one o’clock, there was a rain. Unluckily, wedidn’t bring an umbrella. We ran away but we couldn’t find a place to hide.
