    1.One of the best ways to change your looks and improve your health is to lose excessive weight.There are plenty of tips and various techniques to help you cope with the problem.
    Say good-bye to sugar
            (1)    .Sugar is added to most products to make them more addictive.People like the sweet taste and get used to eating pretty soon.Do not use sugar at all or minimize its amount while cooking.
    Enjoys fruits and vegetables
        Eating fruits and veggies is absolutely necessary when you are on a diet and need minerals,vitamins and other nutrients to stay energetic and alert.    (2)    because we tend to snack on fast food instead.In order not to get bored with vegetables and fruits,be creative and invent something new,such as colorful salads or smoothies.
    Get enough sleep
       It has been scientifically proved that people who do not get enough sleep eat more.

        (3)    .It is stressful for the whole organism tostay up late at night.Go to bed before midnight.Avoid snacking on fatty and sugary foods before bedtime.Stop drinking caffeinated drinks a few hours before you go to bed so that you could fall asleep easier.
    Reduce the amount of meat you consume
        Eating less meat is good for a variety of reasons.    (4)    .One of the most expected recommendations you might hear from a specialist is that you should reduce the amount of consumed meat if your goal is weight loss.
        (5)   
        Being physically active is good for you and not boring at all.It does not require any special skills or equipment.Practice sports for entertainment.Only then will you be able to fully enjoy it and keep on exercising further.

    Allow them to study in blocks of time,such as for half an hour with a five-minute break in the middle.    (2)    Ideal(理想的)study times are after dinner or right after school before dinner.

    Never allow your children to study in front of the television,as that will encourage passive activity.    (3)   

    You'll also need to help your kids find the right place to study.After you've set up a good study time for little learners,set up a good place where they can get those creative juices flowing.

        (4)    Make sure there is a table or a desk and a comfortable chair.

        (5)    This includes helping them out with their homework sometimes and being there for them with the answers to any questions.The input you give your children during study periods will help form a bond and help make studying enjoyable.

    3.Do you ever find yourself longing for some time for yourself?Many of us are so busy with work,school,and home life that often there is no time left over to do something that you enjoy.What follows are some ways to carve out that essential time you need to show down and enjoy life.

        (1)    Try to save certain weeknights just for you.If others ask you to do things those nights,just tell them you have plans.Use the time for gardening,reading,exercise,or thinking.

    Monthly Treat.    (2)    It could be on your lunch break,a weekend,or it could be leaving work early.Maybe you can get a spa treatment,go to see a movie,and have a haircut,or whatever treat you're always thinking about but rarely get to do.

        (3)    You would enjoy sports,theater,concerts,or any other event Schedule the plans with a friend later.Having the tickets already in hand will force you to make it happen!

    Leave Work on Time.Huh?    (4)    If this is you,make it a point to leave work exactly on time at least once a week,if not more.And then enjoy that time!Leave work at work.

    Join a Group.Here are some ideas of groups that can allow you some time away from work and home: singing group,gardening group,book clubs,biking clubs,etc.What are you interested in?Strike while the iron is hot.     (5)    If you can't find a club,consider starting one yourself!

    Group projects can be so overwhelming (是人不知所措的), especially when people dont cooperate and follow through.     (1)    To follow this wise advice from expert Julie Hochheiser IIkovich, simply break down that hug project into smaller jobs that can be tracked. Heres exactly how to do it:

    List it. The day the project is assigned, immediately identify the end goal.

         (2)    This should include everything from minor tasks to major ones.

    Schedule it.    (3)     This should include meetings, tasks, and deadlines. Assign each person a color and highlight each task with those colors, so its clear who is doing what.

    Track it. As a team, decide on a project manager who will keep everyone on track, and who you agree is allowed to call team members out if theyre not hardworking. (Advice on how to choose:     (4)   

    As stressful as group work is, it can actually be beneficial in the long run. At first, groups that work well together can achieve much more than individuals working on their own. And being part of a team will help you develop your interpersonal skills. Also, working with others will help identify your own strengths and weaknesses.    (5)

    B. Then list what needs to get done to accomplish it

    C. Look for the person with the most organized desk!

    D. A half-hour of planning saves a week of stress at the end!

    E. Create a timetable for the project and put everything from the list on it.

    5.Our habits are what shape us---our words, our behavior, and even our life itself.

        (1)    

    Pity yourself.

    All bad habits start with never-ending pity for your unhappy self and talking endlessly about your bad luck. Your figure, income, education, apartment, the weather, and even the tiniest inconvenience can become a cause for feeling upset. Those who develop the habit of pitying themselves lose the sympathy (同情) of people around them.    (2)   

    Assess everything in terms of money.

    Some people think that happiness can be achieved by having lots of money and that you cant really enjoy life if you dont wear fancy clothes, live in a big house or drive an expensive car.    (3)    Instead, they think its their ability to attract it. A truly successful person is not totally dependent on his or her money.

        (4)   

    Scientists say that people who dont feel like they belong in their jobs are very likely to feel unhappy and live in poverty. The reason for this is their feelings that make them do what they dont want and dont like to do. To get rid of this habit for good, you should put your strength and energy into something satisfying. This is the only way to achieve excellent results.

    Stay away from your relatives.

        (5)    .And thats obvious, because its the only place where you can find relief and support when everything comes crashing down around you.
