Accrding t a survey, 78.3 percent f smkers start smking befre age 20. Taiwan Prvince f China has raised the 32 smking age t 20 r abve. By instituting this change, they hpe t reduce the number f yung peple taking up the habit.
Despite being 33 as a safe alternative t traditinal cigarettes, heated tbacc prducts (HTPs) are still cnsidered tbacc. As such, they pse significant dangers t human health. The heating 34 used in these prducts releases harmful chemicals and pisns, including tar (焦油), carbn mnxide and nictine, a(n) 35 addictive substance.
HTPs are packaged t appeal t yung peple wh perceive them as safer than smking. T prevent yung peple frm experimenting with HTPs and 36 their health, Taiwan Prvince strictly cntrls every kind f tbacc prduct by adding a health risk 37 review mechanism. Only prducts that pass the review prcess are allwed t be manufactured, imprted and sld t cnsumers.
The innumerable dwnsides t smking shuld give smkers 38 and encurage them t quit. Quitting tbacc imprves yur health and reduces yur risk f varius diseases, including cancer, heart disease, and breathing prblems. Quitting smking can als imprve yur 39 . Fr decades, peple have guessed that artificial intelligence (AI) will eventually replace human wrkers. But develpments in the past few years have 41 these cncerns as cmpanies have released AI that can answer questins, write articles and create images. Nw, even peple in creative fields must cnsider the 42 f AI replacing them. But many experts still insist that these AI prgrams are n substitute fr human ability.
AI prgrams have the 43 t perfrm sme tasks currently perfrmed by human wrkers. These include media jbs, such as writing advertisements and articles, alng with many jbs in the financial fields and even tech-related jbs such as cmputer prgramming. AI is gd at 44 data, s financial analysts and market research analysts may find their jbs 45 .
Using AI fr certain tasks may be a gd thing. Perhaps AI will 46 less interesting wrk, allwing peple t d mre satisfying jbs, just as earlier technlgies have. Using a machine t d laundry saves time 47 t washing clthes by hand, and many peple use that extra time prductively. 48 , AI may be able t take ver dull tasks, liberating peple t be truly creative, since thinking up new ideas is smething AI cannt d.
Anther big challenge fr AI is human 49 . Mst peple prefer t cmmunicate with humans rather than machines. Hence, AI is 50 t replace humans fr jbs that require persnal cnnectin, such as cunseling r teaching. A rbt can perfrm tasks, but it cannt 51 care abut thers, and smetimes care is what peple need.
AI can prcess data quickly, but it can nly use data that it is given. S it cannt adapt t situatins that 52 significantly frm thse in its data. Thus, althugh sme AI prgrams can create cntent, nne f them can be truly creative as the cntent AI creates will 53 cnsist f sme cmbinatin f its surces.
Finally, if the AI receives false infrmatin, it has n way f recgnizing that as false. Humans can als be fled, but life experience can tell them whether a claim is reasnable, an ability that AI des nt have. 54 , AI must cntinually be fact-checked t make sure its data, and therefre its cnclusins, are accurate.
Thus, althugh AI may replace sme jbs, thers require a human 55 . At best AI may eliminate certain bring parts f tasks s that humans can fcus n things that nly they can d.
