Mre studies shw us the benefits f vlunteering. A study by United Health Grup, in January, 2024 fund that peple wh vlunteered fr mre than 200 hurs in a year had fewer health prblems like heart disease and high bld pressure. Maybe we’ll all be vlunteering when we’re 100 years ld!
