The Art Center at my schl prvides a wide range f prgrams. I tried ut mst f the prgrams ffered n campus, and grup fitness classes have been my favrite. They are free weekly classes taught and led by a student instructr, and they include yga, cycle, weight-lifting and many mre.
I started taking grup fitness classes in cardi dance(有氧舞蹈) as a freshman and shwed interest in it after just ne class. The class is 45 minutes lng and cnsists f repetitive dance mves that are easy t fllw. I have s much fun perfrming the dance mves and fllwing the beat that my stress f the day is ften washed away after the wrkut. My lve fr cardi dance gradually evlved int an idea: What if I became a cardi dance instructr and spread the fun t mre peple?
Inspired by this idea, I signed up fr a training prgram fr the grup fitness instructr (GFI). We cvered tpics like hw t design the class and hw t perfrm first aid, etc. In additin t learning fitness knwledge, we als gt t practice teaching the class, interacting(互动) with thse wh jined the class. As I learned mre, I realized t haț becming a GFI is nt as easy as it seems. It takes a lt f practice t shw prper frm and make sure everyne in class is perfrming the right way.
When asked why we signed up fr the GFI curse, sme said that fitness classes are a relief frm the stress f schl, while thers said that fitness classes make fr a mre psitive cmmunity. Yet, the mst ppular reasn is the lve fr grup fitness classes themselves. I feel thankful t be a part f the fitness cmmunity and share my cntributins with peple wh are always there t supprt and cheer yu up.

The Art Center at my schl prvides a wide range f prgrams. I tried ut mst f the prgrams ffered n campus, and grup fitness classes have been my favrite. They are free weekly classes taught and led by a student instructr, and they include yga, cycle, weight-lifting and many mre.

M: Our fight leaves n the 1lth f August. We’re staying there fr 7 days. S we’re cming back n the 18th.

I’ve always enjyed traveling. And t wrk fr a travel magazine is fantastic fr me. S when the magazine ffered me the chance t g t write an article abut Jakarta, the capital f Indnesia, I accepted immediately. Befre I went, I tried t find ut as much as I culd abut the place. Unluckily, the library had very few bks n Indnesia. And I dn’t have any friends r relatives wh live there. S I went nline and fund ut what I needed t knw there.
Jakarta is an amazing city. The ld twn with its attractive ld huses is s different frm the center full f tall buildings. I didn’t like the traffic there thugh. I knw all big cities have this prblem, but I nticed it mre there. Befre I went, peple said it wuld be t ht fr me. But after a cld English winter, I welcmed it. I’ve been back a mnth nw. And my magazine article was a success. There are s many ther parts f Indnesia that 1 haven’t seen yet. S I’m ging back t write sme islands. I’m waiting fr the dry seasn thugh. I have quite enugh rain here in England.
