First, we should eat healthily. Fruits and vegetables can do a lot of good to our health, while junk food can do the opposite. So we should eat more fruits and vegetables and eat less junk food.

Second, we should not stay late at night. Scientists find that people who don’t sleep at night suffer from a higher risk of diseases.

Finally, we should take some exercise like running, playing basketball or hiking. They are really necessary for us to keep fit.

In a word, in order to be fit, we should lead a healthy lifestyle.

More and more people are getting into the state of sub-health today. It is really a problem for our family as well as for our society. So what can we do to keep healthy?

6.绿色图书馆

I want to design a green school library. All the things of this library are designed based on the principles of green development.
