Delighted to hear that you are interested in giant pandas, I’m writing to share with you some knowledge about giant pandas.

Giant pandas are not only important in our heart but play a significant role in biodiversity. Our government has taken effective measures to address the loss of their habitats like making laws to forbid deforestation, setting up nature reserves and carrying out wild training. Hopefully, more giant pandas can be born and alive, playing in the wild happily and freely.

Tony rushed back to Honey House breathlessly, only to find the owner of the store was going to close the door. Seeing Tony, he told him to come the next day. But Tony didn’t give up as he needed the doll badly. He explained all to the owner. Hearing Tony’s explanation, the owner opened the bag to check the mangoes. To Tony’s disappointment, they were not enough to exchange a lovely doll. He walked out with tears rolling down his face when the owner stopped him and finally agreed because of his love for his sister. After giving many thanks, Tony got his sister a dream present.

The following morning, Alice walked into the kitchen and took a seat at the breakfast table. She noticed a beautiful box on the table. Out of curiosity, she opened the box carefully. To her great surprise, she found the doll she had been dreaming of for a long time. When Tony said happy birthday to her, Alice was moved to tears and hugged him tightly. Touched by the warm atmosphere, their parents smiled with pleasure, knowing their son had grown up and been reliable enough to take care of his sister.

一、评分原则

1. 本题总分为15分，按5个档次给分。

一、写作思路

1. 第一段给出的首句中商店要关门这一句是故事发展的转折点。如果商店关门，那么Tony的计划就会泡汤，因此他会想办法与店主商量。根据第二段首句信息，Tony 肯定是拿到了自己想要兑换的玩具娃娃。所以第一段应该写Tony 如何与店主互动，最终达成自己的目的。

2. 第二段所给首句The following morning, Alice walked into the kitchen and took a seat at the breakfast table既为第一段续写确定了方向，也为第二段拓展做好铺垫。Alice 坐下来看到了什么？（应该是自己梦寐以求的玩具娃娃）接下来应该描述Alice什么样的心情以及与哥哥、父母之间的互动。从而表达出家人之间的关爱和哥哥的成长这一主题。

二、评分标准

1、评分原则：给分公平、公正；宽严并济, 不能过严或过松；得分有理，扣分有据。

2、评分标准：立意积极、情节合理、语言风格与前文一致、书写美观。

三个逻辑一致原则：续写部分与所给短文之间的逻辑；续写两段内容之间的逻辑；续写部分与所给开头语之间的逻辑。

3、评分程序:

阅读第1遍：根据续写总体情节及重点内容描写，初步确定所属档次。

阅读第2遍：根据写作语言（修辞、句式，词汇等），确定或调整档次。

阅读第3遍：看词数（少于130个，从总分中扣2分）；看书写（书写及卷面较差的建议降为三档或三档以下）。

4、评分原则

W: Are you still playing the football match tomorrow, Calvin?

M: They’ve changed the day due to the heavy rain. So it’s on Friday afternoon now, instead of Wednesday.

M: Where is my newly-bought jacket? I remembered I put it on the sofa yesterday.

W: Well, I found it on the floor this morning. It was dirty so I threw it into the washing machine just now.

Hello, Ryan. This is Sarah. Thanks so much for your party. It was a big surprise and I really enjoyed it. I’m sorry that I had to leave early. My dad was worried about the traffic. In the end, we got to the airport at 8:00 p.m., much too early. Then the flight finally took off three hours later. My mom disliked flying, so she was quite stressed. Altogether, it wasn’t much fun. Fortunately, New York time is five hours behind London, so it was still Sunday evening when we arrived.

New York is really different from London, and I feel quite strange. Yesterday my cousin Sam and I went to Fifth Avenue, where we saw some amazing stores. I was surprised at the prices. Things are much cheaper here. Of course, I bought some presents for you and your family. I sent them to you by post. Now I’m quite tired of traveling, and I can’t wait to go home to Los Angeles!
