Task 1

Greeting and leading-in

（1）Daily greetings to the Ss.

(2 )  Play a guessing game. Show Ss a picture and have them guess what it is.

 T: Let’s play a guessing game. If you know what this is, put your hands up as quickly as you can.

 T: Yes, it’s a guitar. Can you play the guitar?

Task 2

Presentation

1. Present the new words: sing, swim, dance, draw, play chess,speak English, play the guitar.

2.Show Ss the pictures and help Ss to understand the new words. Help them to say what the person is doing in the picture. 3.Ask Ss to read the new words, and make sure that everyone can understand the meanings and read them correctly. Then use the new words to ask Ss questions.

图片教学法是呈现新知识最简单有效的方法之一，学生通过图片，能更容易的理解新单词的含义。此环节重点在新单词及词组的意思和发音上，所以要尽量让更多的学生张口说，必要的机械操练是必不可少的。

Review the words

1. Show the pictures as quickly as possible. Let Ss say the new words. 
2.  T: Let’s play a game. Please say the new words as quickly as you can. Then make a conversation using the words, like this:

  A: Can you swim?

  B: Yes, I can. /No, I can’t.

此环节为机械操练，使不同层次学生初步掌握目标语言机械操练是英语初始阶段教学必不可缺的部分，学生要先从模仿到初步掌握，最后才能熟练应用。

 2. Talk about the picture with Ss using the target language.

通过1a的练习，使学生进一步学会运用新单词。和学生一起谈论图片，目的在于引导学生学会使用can的基本句型。

此环节进一步巩固了本堂课所学的词汇和句型。通过反复听读，可以让学生尽快熟悉生词。

 Pair work

1.Work in pairs to practice the sentence structures.

先让学生机械操练这个句型，从而熟悉这个句型，为下面句型的应用做好准备。

此环节进一步巩固了本堂课所学的词汇和句型。通过反复听读，可以让学生尽快熟悉生词。学生补全句子，是检查学生能否听懂并会拼写所学单词。

Make a survey

1.Divide the Ss into several groups to make a survey with the drill above，

 2.Fill in the chart what clubs they want to join and what they can do. Then make a report

通过调查，让学生使用重点句型和情态动词进行交际从而掌握好本课的重点句型和语言点。

总结单词，句型和语言点，使学生更好地掌握和归纳本节课语言知识。

课后小结：

上这节课时，我在课前做了大量的准备，所以课堂整个教学过程比较顺畅，紧凑。各项任务都能按预期的效果完成，学生在听、说、读、写四个方面都得到了一定地训练。

亮点： 本节课的教学思路是让学生参与、体验、交流、合作、创新。通过图片和创设情景、任务型教学的教学方法，让学生在兴趣中学习语言知识，学生能积极发言，表现欲强烈。在小组活动中，学生能互相帮助，认真完成每一个任务。组与组的比赛，让学生有了竞争意识，培养集体荣誉感。特别是在调查写作中，学生都积极参与，合作学习的氛围比较浓厚，最后，几个学生的发言也很有亮点。[来源:学科网ZXXK]

不足之处： 在训练学生听力时，大部分学生只是完成了练习，而没有抓住听力的细节以至于在复述听力内容时效果不佳。但随着英语的发展趋势，听力越来越重要，今后要多加努力。在词汇方面，特别是学生读单词方面，还有存在一些的问题，尤其是后进生在读单词时发音不准，导致对话练习的影响。但如何突破学生的语音知识，让每位学生发音标准，也值得我深思。
